This consultation ran from 18/08/2017 to 17/10/2017.
Thank you for taking part in the consultation on Bus Shelters which we ran in autumn last year. We have used what people have told us to put together a report that went to the Council's Cabinet in November 2017 regarding our proposed strategy for bus shelters (attached to this email).
The information gathered through the consultation is also being used to help us put together our specification for the bus shelter contract. Once we have tendered this and awarded the contract, we can then work with the contractor / concessionaire to see what can be implemented. We will keep everyone informed about this on the Council's website: www.newcastle.gov.uk.
