We want to hear from residents about our council plan and its new format.
We've changed the format of our council plan to make it easier for residents to understand what we do to contribute towards our priorities. We've included some case studies to give examples of this in practise. This year we've also linked our performance figures into the plan so that residents can see how well we are performing against our priorities. The priorities of the council are set by our Cabinet. The plan also tells you more about our Cabinet and leadership team and their responsibilities.
