Newcastle City Council has produced a Market Position Statement (MPS) for Day Care Opportunities in Newcastle . These opportunities can range from services such as luncheon clubs and day care centres to arts organisations and organisations that support people to form their own interest groups. The MPS was originally published in April 2014 and has since been updated with comments and information raised following various forms of consultation.
We are once again seeking views from people who provide day opportunities and those who use day opportunities and their carers to tell us about the types of services they would want to see being provided in Newcastle. The deadline for comments is 3 December 2014.
