This evaluation is being carried out to find out your thoughts on the Active Newcastle's 2017 Walking Challenge in support of Comic Relief.
As a thank you for taking part in the evaluation there are a number of incentives for completing surveys and/or focus groups.
Your participation is voluntary. You can withdraw your data at any time by contacting shane.oleary@newcastle.gov.uk however once data is fully anonymised it may be impossible to identify your data to remove it. It is recommended to try and get in contact within 2 weeks of the final survey to avoid this.
All the information we collect will be kept in the strictest confidence, and will be used for research purposes only. Any reports, presentations etc. will use aggregated data and all efforts made to ensure no individual is identifiable.
