It is proposed to -
- introduce new charged parking places in Ouse Street with an exemption from the charge and time limit for permit holders,
- amend the use of the parking places for loading in Ouse Street to any vehicle,
- introduce a new parking place for disabled badge holders in Ouse Street,
- introduce a prohibition of loading/unloading on various lengths of Ouse Street,
- introduce a ban on the left hand turn from Hotel Du Vin Access Road into Ouse Street (except for pedal cycles),
- introduce a prescribed left turn from Ouse Street into Cut Bank (except for pedal cycles),
- introduce a one way restriction (except for pedal cycles) on a length of Ouse Street, and
- install 2 road humps at Ouse Street.
