It is proposed to
- introduce a mandatory cycle lane in Grey Street,
- introduce a prohibition of entry restriction from Grey Street south of Shakespeare Street into Grey Street north of Shakespeare Street (except for pedal cycles),
- introduce a one way southwards restriction on Grey Street between Market Street and Mosley Street (except for pedal cycles),
- revoke existing prohibition of entry / driving restrictions,
- introduce loading bays for use by any vehicle,
- revoke all existing taxi / loading / pay & display parking places on Grey Street
- introduce road humps at Grey Street / High Bridge.
