It is proposed to
- introduce 'no waiting at any time' restrictions on Primrose Lane and the Unnamed Access Road for school,
- introduce a prohibition of loading/unloading at any time restriction on Primrose Lane,
- prohibit the right-hand turn from the Unnamed Access Road for school into Primrose Lane,
- introduce school keep clear markings on Primrose Lane,
- introduce a 20mph speed limit on a section of Primrose Lane,
- introduce a 30mph speed limit on a section of Primrose Lane, and
- install pedestrian crossings on Primrose Lane.
