Great Park Way Area - Proposed Prohibition of Driving, Waiting Restrictions, 24 Hour Clearways, Weight Limits, Speed Limits and Pedestrian Crossings - This consultation has now ended

It is proposed to 
  • introduce a prohibition of driving of any vehicle restriction on a section of Brunton Lane,
  • introduce a 'no waiting at any time' restrictions on sections of Brunton Lane, Great Park Way, New Link Road, Primrose Lane, Ringlet Drive, Roseden Way, Shoreswood Way and Wagonway Drive (an existing waiting restriction on Shoreswood Way will be revoked),
  • introduce a 24 hour clearway on sections of Great Park Way and Roseden Way
  • introduce a 7.5 tonne gross vehicle weight on a section of Brunton Lane and New Link Road
  • introduce a 20mph speed limit on a section of New Link Road,
  • introduce a 30mph speed limit on sections of Great Park Way, New Link Road, Primrose Lane and Ringlet Drive,
  • introduce a 40mph speed limit on sections of Great Park Way, and
  • introduce Toucan crossings on Great Park Way, Kingston Park Road, New Link Road (at Great Park Way), Primrose Lane (west), Ringlet Drive and Wagonway Drive, and
  • introduce a Pegasus crossing on Great Park Way.
