Your views will help inform the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) for the next 3 years.  This will help us develop how we deliver these services in the future. A Needs Assessment is when we gather information to help us:        

 As part of this, we need to know what people think about their local pharmacy services.  This questionnaire - see below - should take around 5 minutes to complete. We will use answers from the survey to write the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment.

When you complete this survey, it is anonymous. This means nobody will know that the answers have come from you and your answers will be kept private.  We will publish the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment on the Council’s website here: Health and Wellbeing Needs Assessments.  You can fill in a paper version of the survey and post it back to us for free in an envelope to: FREEPOST Let’s talk.
