09 October 2025
We’re inviting stakeholders to share their views on the current and future support needs of the voluntary and community sector in Newcastle. Your feedback will help us shape the services that support all organisations working in the voluntary and community sector, making a real difference in our neighbourhoods and across the city.
Why This Matters
Newcastle City Council values the vital role that voluntary and community organisations play in the life of our city. A strong, well-supported sector helps people live healthier, happier lives—improving wellbeing for individuals, families, and communities across Newcastle.
We will be gathering feedback at upcoming Neighbourhood Networks meetings in October. We will also hold two online events on 7 and 15 October (see the events calendar on Let's talk Newcastle Online for more details), or you can give your views online here: Support Needs for the Voluntary and Community Sector in 2025
