The survey will help us understand what people across Newcastle think of their local pharmacy services. This information will in turn feed into the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment which is a document that helps local commissioners and the NHS understand where pharmacies are needed and what services they should provide. So it is really important that we have as many people as possible, from all different areas in the city respond to this survey. This video tells you more about it:
The survey will be open until the end of November and we will post the results shortly after this (January 2018) on our council website: Newcastle City Council.
