West Fenham Annual Ward Priority Setting 2018 - This consultation has now ended

The previous Fenham Ward Committee identified these priorities in 2017:
  • Activities for children and young people
  • A cleaner, greener, safer environment
  • Support to local projects which work in and with local communities
  • More emphasis on wellbeing and health

With new ward boundaries, West Fenham Ward Committee would now like to know if these are priorities for the new area. Here's some more information:

We would like to get your views.  Please take part in our survey online until Monday 10 September or come along in person to our event on Wednesday 12 September at West End United Reformed Church, 3.30pm - 5pm.
If you have any questions about this information, please contact Amy Stillwell, Communities Officer on 0191 2773612 or email amy.stillwell@newcastle.gov.uk

Thank you to everyone who took part in the discussion around ward priorities for West Fenham Ward.  The Ward Committee have listened to views from residents who took part online, as well as those who attended the event on Wednesday 12 September 2018.

Priorities in West Fenham for 2018-2019 are:

  • Children and young people
  • Environment - cleaner, greener, safer
  • Support for community projects
  • Health and wellbeing

During the ward event, residents also talked about the need to consider health and wellbeing specifically in relation to older people.

West Fenham Ward Committee is now accepting applications to fund projects which meet any of the above ward priorities.  The deadline for applications is 1 December 2018.  For further information visit our website.
