- introduce no waiting at any time restrictions (double yellow lines) on sections of Back Bentinck Road, Back Bentinck Villas. Elliott Terrace and Lynnwood Terrace,
- introduce a 7.5 tonne weight limit on Back Bentinck Villas,
- revoke (remove) the existing 7.5 tonne weight limit on Elliott Terracei.
