Newcastle has won some funding from the Government to look at local actions to tackle problems caused by irresponsible drinking in our residential neighbourhoods. In Newcastle, the neighbourhoods that have been chosen are Byker and Elswick.
In order to establish some baseline attitudes, we have created a survey which we hope that residents from across the City will complete so that we can compare attiudes and expectations in different areas.
