It is proposed to:
- designate Dorchester Place as a Permit Parking Place Zone,
- designate Condor Grove, Crane Street, Eagle Close, Falcon Way, Hawk Chase, Red Kite Drive as a Permit Parking Place Zone,
- introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit on Dorchester Place, Condor Grove, Crane Street, Eagle Close, Falcon Way, Hawk Chase and Red Kite Drive, and
- introduce a No Waiting At Any Time restriction on Dorchester Place.
