Living Wage 2013 - This consultation has now ended

In September 2012 we approved the implementation of a local Living Wage which means that our staff are paid a minimum of £7.20 an hour. This scheme was designed to enable lower paid workers to afford a basic standard of living.
We are working closely with the Living Wage Foundation to develop a wider campaign to encourage other employers across the city, including employers of our commissioned services, to pay a local Living Wage.
As part of this work we would like to understand your current position and views on our local Living Wage of £7.20 an hour, and we would be very grateful if you would participate in our survey.
We are collecting this information to establish our baseline position so that we can review our progress on an annual basis.
We would really appreciate you taking the time to complete a short survey to help us establish this baseline. It should only take about five minutes of your time and your answers will be completely confidential. Results will be aggregated for analysis purposes.
The consultation closes Friday 24 May.
